Trees for Uganda is a registered social enterprise dedicated to uplifting rural households in Northern Uganda through sustainable economic development and environmental stewardship. Our mission is to empower communities with the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to improve livelihoods while restoring and protecting the environment.
We promote climate-smart agriculture, tree planting, and conservation initiatives that enhance food security, increase household income, and rebuild ecosystems. At the same time, we strengthen financial resilience through our Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs), encouraging a culture of disciplined saving, investment, and entrepreneurship.
